But the Multicloud environment has replaced' Vs' with 'AND'. This presentation starts with the benefits of having a multicloud environment with a few real-time examples. Then it discusses how different clouds' Capabilities and Strengths can be bonded to arrive at efficient architectures. Abstract: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a second-generation Cloud with a rich set of features. It provides a modern infrastructure platform based on the latest Cloud technologies and also provides better performance and security to run all the mission-critical, high-volume, high-performance databases and workloads. Oracle strongly recommends migrating source environment to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The existing environment could be On-Premise or any third-party cloud. Migrating on-premises live production databases to the Cloud is a paradigm shift. It includes challenges such as downtime, application compatibility, performance impact and data security and the knowledge to identify equivalent resources to match existing environment to the target Cloud environment.
